Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the concentration of stress to a balance weight groove by interposing a member having flexibility at the part in which the balance weight is contacted with the groove, thereby maintaining uniformly planar contact between the weight and the groove even if there is uneven contacts at the contacting part. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate member 4 made of a soft material such as a felt is interposed, when adjusting the balance with a balance weight 3, at the contacting part of the weight 3 and a balance weight groove 2. Since the member 4 is draped with both in this manner, a uniformly planar contact can be obtained, thereby eliminating the partial stress concentration to the balance weight groove 2.
