Abstract

PURPOSE: To miniaturize a container and to lower the height of an installation by supporting and driving the main body of the sealing valve of the device such as hermetically sealed storing hoppers for shaft furnaces and the like via a dual structured driving shaft by a linking mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: When a link 11 is rotated in the direction perpendicular to the paper by a pnumatic pressure cylinder 7, a link 13 is also rotated in the direction perpendicular to the paper via the rotation of the link 12. While the rotation of the link 11 likewise rotates the link 9 via a driving shaft 3 which is fixed to the link 11. By the same way, the rotation of the link 13 rotates a link 14 via a driving shaft 5, and further rotates links 15 and 16. Sine a link 8 and the link 9 constitute a concentric dual structure, the link 8 can be rotated by the rotation of the link 16. In this way, since a valve body 2 and an arm 4 can be moved upward and backward along the sealing valve body 2, the operating locus can be reduced.
