Abstract

PURPOSE:To readily tighten screw by a method wherein a part of a rotary plate is faced to the terminating end of a chute, and while being carried, the screws aligned with each other, being hung, on the chute are changed the posture to the approximate horizontal, and the screws are horizontally caught and moved. CONSTITUTION:The screws 52 are pushed downward through the chute 4 by their own weights. At the terminating end of the chute 4, the dish-shaped rotary plate 29 is provided. As the rotary plate 29 rotates, the head of the screw 52 is guided by the inner circumferential surface 56 of a regulating semicircular plate 34, so that the screw 52 is carried while being separated into each. Because the rotary plate 29 and the outside guide plate 28 are dish-shaped and inclined at a given angle, the posture of the screw being hung is changed to the horizontal. There is a catcher 17 in the lower part of the guide plate 28 in order to catch the screw 52. A suction pipe 7 advances toward the caught screw 52, which is sucked thereinto. The pipe 7 advances moreover, and the screw driver built therein tightens the screw on a work.
