Abstract

PURPOSE:To cut off the feedback current smoothly, by feeding back the collector current of the switching transistor to the base by the current transformer and by using the feedback current for charging of the bias DC power source of the control circuit at the turning-off time. CONSTITUTION:When transistors TRs 9 and 10 are so controlled by the control signal of control circuit 11 that TR9 is turned on and TR10 is turned off, a pulse base current is flowed to the base terminal of switching TR4 to make it conductive by the voltage, which is charged in capacitor 21, and resistance 19. The collector current is fed back to the base by current transformer 3, and switching TR4 continues turning-on. If TRs 9 and 10 are so controlled under the on-state by control circuit 11 that TR9 is turned off and TR10 is turned on, the feedback current of the current transformer is not flowed to the base of switching TR4 but charges capacitor 21. Switching TR4 is biased backward by transistor 10 simultaneously with diasppearance of the base current and is turned off rapidly.
