PURPOSE:To realize an efficiency for drawing up documents by inputting a document, which is not given with any title, by using the head part of the document as its title and by inputting a part, specified by the cursor, as a title after drawing up document. CONSTITUTION:Character keys, when inputted for drawing up document, are set in document buffer 5 and then displayed on display 16. When any special title is not given, title registration flag 7 outputs ''0'' and one starting character of the document is sent by head-part sending part 6 and set in title buffer 9. When only one line of characters is sent to buffer 9, sending part 6 is placed in an output stop state. When display contents specified by the cursor are used as the title, the cursor is positioned under the display on the display 16 and then the title registration key is pushed to read the coordinates of the cursor. Next, the cursor is scanned under the display as the title and the execution key is pushed, thereby setting the title indicated by the scanning cursor in title buffer 9.
