Abstract
PURPOSE: To position middle-partition short-side walls accurately without requiring any separate tentative holding means and facilitate width changing and exchanging by fitting the middle-partition short side walls of an assembling type mold into the grooves with stoppers of the opposite surfaces of long-side walls and fixing one side part thereof to the long-side walls.
CONSTITUTION: Longitudinal insertion grooves with overhung faces 2 are provided on the opposite surfaces in the central part in the longitudinal direction of respective long-side walls 1 to provide molding boards 4 bisectionally with the grooves 3. Short side walls 5 are moved forward and backward by mechanisms 8, 7 in sliding contact with the boards 4 at the time of clamping and releasing the molding boards 6 of the opposite surfaces between the walls 1. Middle-partition short-side walls 9a, 9b which are wider than the walls 5 fit into the grooves 3 by being prevented from dropping by the faces 2, are fixed by means of bolts 10 to the stationary sides of the walls and are press-fixed to each other by means of connecting means 11 and bolts 12. Molding boards 13 grasped between the boards 4 are provided on the top surfaces thereof. The walls 1 are fastened by means of the belleville springs 22 inserted onto the tie bolts 14 penetrating from the moving side thereof to the stationary side, and molding spaces 17 are formed in a right and left pair by the boards 4, 4, 6, 13.
