Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a simple apparatus, capable of causing a turning motion, by mounting a rotatable member formed with a series of projections and recesses around the circumference thereof on the turning shaft of an oil turbine, and actuating a lever which is brought into enagemebt with said projections and recesses by a driving unit only at the time of starting the oil turbine.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of starting oil turbine, three-way valve 25 in oil supply circuit 22 is shifted to a position for opening port 26, so that pressure oil from oil pump 23 is supplied to a primary chamber in hydraulic cylinder 18 of driving unit 17 via port 26 and passage 28. Resultantly, piston 19 is pushed forward, so that pawl 16 connected to piston rod 20 comes into engagement with ratchet wheel 15 and it is turned one pitch. Simultaneously with this turning of ratchet wheel 15, limit switch 32 is pushed by striker 31, and in response to the output signal of limit switch 32, three-way valve 25 is shifted to a position for opening port 27. Resultantly, pressure oil is supplied to oil injection nozzle 11 via port 27 and passages 30, 12, and oil turbine 9 is turned by the impact force of oil 13 injected onto vanes 10.
