The pulse A is applied to the pulse compensating circuit 25, and the pulse B2 is applied to the input terminal 9a. The main mode is reset by the pulse A applied earlier than the pulse B2. After this, the soft switch circuit 9 is switched to the submode by the pulse B2 applied through the remote control sequential circuit 92 consisting of FF. Thus the LED6 has a light emission. At the same time, the DC voltage corresponding to the submode is generated by the DC control voltage circuit 94 to be applied to a voice multiplex processing circuit.
