CONSTITUTION:The main valve 3 having a passing hole 2, which is provided in the main pipe 1, and a subvalve 8 having a passing hole 7, provided in the bypass passage 6, are linked to each other by a rod 9, and further a rod 11 having a handle 10 is connected to the main valve 3. Moreover, in the bypass passage 6, a tapered pipe 5 having a float 4 is located intermediately. By constituting the proportional valves for measuring flow rate in this way, the flow rate of the fluid flowing through the passing hole 2 of the main valve 3 in the main pipe 1 and through the passing hole 7 of the subvalve 8 in the bypass pipe 6 is fixed constantly irrespective of the operation of the handle 10. Therefore, by measuring the flow rate in the bypass passage 6 at this time through reading the position of the stoppage of floating of the float 4 in the tapered pipe 5 from the division of a scale 20, the flow rate in the main pipe can be determined.
