CONSTITUTION:In the liquid crystal watch having two-layered liquid crystal structure, the liquid crystal 7 of the upper layer analogically displays the time and the liquid crystal 8 of the lower layer digitally displays the same. Dot segments 12 which becomes time display during analog display are provided to the liquid crystal 8 for digital display and are so constituted that the optical rotation of the liquid crystals changes cooperatively with a timer mechanism of a control circuit system. The time is displayed by the analog display in the display part of the watch, and timer setting is carried out. In the state of lapse of 20min, the dot segment 12 corresponding to 5min, 10min, 15min and 20min disappear and show the lapse time A during timer counting, and the segments 12 for 20-60min remain lighted, thereby displaying the residual time.
