Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a hollow container which can be opened whenever required so that packing may be realized from germs and dust by leaving untouched a part of a palisson following the mouth of a container blow-formed and crushing the remaining part of the palisson to be fused together under such a condition that the interior of the container is positively pressurized. CONSTITUTION:The remaining part of the palisson 4 is crushed before an air blown in is completely evacuated without cutting off a part following the mouth 3 of the palisson. Then the fused part 5 is formed to tightly close a container 1. If an air blown in is filtered beforehand to remove dust, another problem of sterilization can be solved by itself because of high temperature at time of molding. Thus the interior maintains a positive pressure against an atmospheric pressure under a condition free from germs and dust. If an opening is provided by removing the remaining part 4 of the palisson from a notched part 6 when the content is filled, the internal air is blown out as shown by an arrow, so that no cutting, smoke, germs, and no other substance are allowed into the container.
