Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a connected part of high attaching and detaching performances efficiently by disposing the specified hollow yarn bundle end part into a ringlike holding body, injecting an adhesive from the bottom part, allowing the adhesive to set in one body with the holding body then cutting off the end part.
CONSTITUTION: (a) A suitable number of hollow yarn 1 are bundled with a reeling machine; (b) this is folded and is inserted into a ringlike holding body 2; (c) the end part of the hollow yarn bundle is cut to open the hollow parts of the hollow yarn; and the opening end parts of the hollow yarn are filled further by quick-setting material 3 and the hollow yarn is separated to single filament yarn as shown in (d). (e) Thence, an adhesive is injected from the bottom of the holding body 2 by using an injecting vessel 5 having an adhesive inlet 4 and is pushed up; (f) after the adhesive has set, the bottom of the ringlike holding body 2 is cut, (g) so that the set adhesive 6 is shown. (h) The hollow yarn module made in this way is connected to a fluid lead-in tube 8 or the like by way of a mounting socket.
