Abstract

In the periphery of the electrode 4 a step to be fitted to the step 7 is formed and engaged to the left end opening of the tube 6. On inner surfaces of the tube 6, a resistor film 10 is previously formed uniformly in such a manner that its both ends are overlapped below the conductor films 8, 8'. The electrode 4 is connected to a negative variable voltage source.
