CONSTITUTION:When one part of phase shifter driving circuits 3a-3n is broken down, BSC (beam steering computer) 4 operates the corresponding circuit among initial phase recovering circuits 9a-9n to return the phase shifter, which corresponds to the broken-down phase shifter driving circuit, to the initial phase. The best radiation pattern discriminating circuit 10 calculates the current best phase information and then sends it to BSC4, which operates phase shifter driving circuits 3a-3n on the basis of the new phase information.
