Abstract

PURPOSE:To take a measurement of temperature at one constant point of an object, by following up the measurement point according to the motion of the object by detecting the specific vertical and horizontal positions of the object and by adding a fixed address thereto. CONSTITUTION:A video signal obtained by a scan is supplied to sampling circuit 1 and comparator 6. Comparator 6 separates the video signal of specific position from the scan information and sends it to vertical position detecting circuit 7 and horizontal position detecting circuit 9. The output of vertical position detecting circuit 7 is sent to vertical address adding circuit 8 to add a fixed address to it. Further, the output of horizontal position detecting circuit 9 is sent to horizontal address adding circuit 10 to add a fixed address. Sampling circuit 1 samples data of the temperature measurement at one point of an object assigned by the addresses and sends it to line (b).
