Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively eliminate unevenness of mixing caused by time-lag in supply between principal agent and hardening agent by setting a diffusing device on the upper stream side of the static mixer in said molding device with a static mixer. CONSTITUTION:In the above mentioned molding device with the static mixer 3 set inside the mixing tube 1 which mixes a principal agent and a hardening agent, diffusion board 5 which has resin passing holes placed at regular intervals on the same circumference is set on the upper stream side of the static mixer 3. Hardening agent supplying pipe 7 is placed touching the center part of diffusion board 5 and division hole 8 is made at its tip. Thus, at the diffusion part, both principal agent and hardening agent diffuse and stagnate, delaying the flow of both agents and causing preliminary mixing of the two agents by their collision and separation, thereby eliminating unevenness of mixture when they are mixed by the static mixer 3 which follows.
