Abstract

A sweep signal 105 from a circuit 101 and the output signal 106 from the circuit 102 are compared by a comparator 103, and when they coincide with each other, the sweep of the circuit 101 is stopped. A temperature signal 109 is outputted from this circuit 101. All the resistors which are used as the construction elements of the circuits 101 and 102 are made in the production processes of integrated circuits.
