Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a load cell where the instrumental error can be adjusted in the width direction and the longitudinal direction, by connecting two plate-form materials, to which strain gauges are fitted, through pipe-form square bars by bolts and nuts. CONSTITUTION:Plates 25 and 26 are fixed to base 29 through blocks 27 and 28 of pipe-form square bars by bolts 36a and 37a, nuts 36b and 37b, and sleeve-form washers 43 and 44 and fixed to dish 42 bolts 34a and 35a and nuts 34b and 35b. Plates 25 and 26 are provided with respective two holes 30-33 symmetrically for the center line in the longitudinal direction, and four strain gauges are stuck to their mininum parts of minimum sections. By this constitution, the instrumental error is adjusted in the width direction and the longitudinal direction by bolts 34a-37a and nuts 34c-37c, and 34d-37d, and thus, the influence of the deflective load applied to the load cell is prevented.
