Abstract

PURPOSE: To make possible efficient and sure connection by constituting the connection part by a channel-shape auxiliary conductor and serrated conductor terminal, protruding one of plural sheets of conductors from between the retreated conductors and welding the same and welding the other retreated side conductors by way of the auxiliary conductor at both edge parts in their lengthwise direction.
CONSTITUTION: In the method of welding and connecting plural sheets of conductors to themselves, two sheets of conductors 1, 2 are disposed horizontally and at the terminal the conductor 2 is retreated by more than several 10mm from the conductor 1. An auxiliary conductor 3 is of the channel-shape having a bending depth larger than the overlap thickness of two sheets of the conductors. Both are welded 4 at the portions in contact with both edge parts of the conductor 2 along the lengthwise direction of the conductors. In order to connect these to the conductors 1', 2' on the mating side, a conductor 2' is guided and led to the one half portion of the auxiliary conductor and the conductor 1 and conductor 1' are contacted. Thereon, the portions between the conductors 1, 1' and those where both edge parts of the auxiliary conductor 3 and conductor 2 contact are welded 5, 6 to complete the connection.
