CONSTITUTION:The output of a light receiver is supplied to the comparator/switch circuit C/S directly or via an amplifier A and a peak value detecting holding circuit P/H. The output of the circuit C/S controls the electronic switch SW. Both the output of the circuit P/H and the constant voltage source SV are supplied to the switch SW and then switched to be supplied to a divider circuit D for a division to the source SV. The output of the circuit D is supplied to a multiplier circuit M along with the output of the amplifier A. The output of the circuit M shows the normalized electric power. This normalized voltage is averaged digitally by an electric computer.
