Abstract

The resultant solution in which the polysaccharide is dissolved in the form of a random coil is mixed with a solvent, e.g. water, in which the polysaccharide dissolves in the form of a helical structure, or a substantially nonsolvent, e.g. methanol, to the polysaccharide to return the polysaccharide to a state capable of assuming the helical structure to give the aimed polysaccharide associate.
