When the arm shaft 21 is retreated into a fitting hole 51 of the machine body, the tool 60 is released in such a way that the link mechanism 34 is bent and the opening and closing pawl 27 is retracted, because the tip of a release-rod 47 hits a flange 57 of a contact member 56 and pushed in.
