A fluorescent film is formed inside the bulb by coating a fluorescent body having a range of 300-320nm of a luminous peak wavelength, such as a talium invigorated calcium-zinc phosphate thereon with a conventional method. Thus, the harmful function for skin and eye can be decreased and everyone can use it with ease.
