Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of crack and to enable the monoblock molding of the large-sized molded coil by a method wherein the resin layer between plural coils being arranged concentrically is reinforced with long fiber type reinforcements. CONSTITUTION:A low-tension coil 1 and a high-tension coil 2 are fixed respectively in a metal mold, and when the long fiber type reinforcements 4 or air ducts 3 are to be provided, spacers for that purpose are fixed respectively. Then the molding resin is poured in under a depressurized condition, and the metal mold and the spacers for air ducts are removed after the hardening. The molding of low-tension coil and high-tension coil can be performed by one time molding work by this way. Moreover even when the large-sized molded coil is to be formed, the generation of crack can be prevented by the long fiber type reinforcements.
