Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce magnetic reluctance of the magnetic flux of coils and make it possible to drive by a lesser current, by mounting a protruded part directed to each adjacent magnetic material to respective magnetic material wound with a plural number of coil supported by the magnetic flux of a magnet. CONSTITUTION:To a flexible material 8 are mounted a pair of permanent magnet 12 mounted on a bottom plate 14 made of material with permeability and a plural number of magnetic material 11-1-11-4 which is attracted and supported by the permanent magnets 12 and wound with a coil A that generates magnetic flux which offsets magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 12. And each protruded part 11a is formed monolithically to each magnetic material 11-1-11-4 so that the protrusion is directed to each adjacent magnetic material 11-1-11-4. With such an arrangement, an air gap between adjacent magnetic materials is reduced, so that magnetic reluctance of the magnetic flux generated by the coil A can be reduced.
