Abstract

PURPOSE: To miniaturize a winch cylinder and prevent fatigue of a cable in a flat cable device, by providing a barrel plate and shaft of a casing in a mutually roratable state and drawing out its end fixed to the cable toward the outside of the shaft and its rewinding end toward the outside of the barrel plate.
CONSTITUTION: A casing 10, provided with a cylindrical barrel plate 12 having a reeling internal space 14 capable of spirally reeling a flat cable B, and this barrel plate 12 is provided with a shaft 15a, in a state of crossing at a right angle with a direction of the cable B winding. The barrel plate 12 and the shaft 15a are attached rotatably to each other. Then a fixed end side of the cable B reeled in the reeling internal space 14 is drawn out from a slit 23 provided in the shaft 15a to the outside of the shaft 15a, and simultaneously its rewinding end is drawn out from a slit 25 provided in the barrel plate 12 to the outside of the barrel plate 12 and fixed to a stopper part 24b.
