Abstract
PURPOSE: To classify and hold in such a way that a parts receiving stand in one- pitch descending system by racks and ratchets is provided and the parts are piled up on a settled holding box on the basis of the test results in a mechanism to classify the parts which are able to be piled up.
CONSTITUTION: Holding boxes 6 are provided on a rotary table 4, receiving stands 7 in the holding boxes 6 are supported by racks 8 in the pitch corresponding to the thicknesses of parts 2, and fixed by retchets 10. The parts 2 tested in the previous process are conveyed in the equal pitch by a conveyor 1, attracted by a vacuum pincher 3 at the end of the conveyor 1, and delivered to a parts feeding position 5 of a settled holding box 6 on the basis of the test results. Since the receiving stand 7 descends by one pitch by reciprocating the ratchets 10 with use of a solenoid 11 every time when one of the parts 2 is received, the falling distance of the parts 2 from the vacuum pincher 3 is always maintained uniformly.
