Abstract
PURPOSE:To give interchangeability for a variable phase shifter, by providing an operator adding or subtracting a correction signal specific to the phase shifter and a digital phase shift signal fed from a beam scanning control circuit with a variable phase shifter and arranging the relative phase between the variable phase shifters. CONSTITUTION:Microwave power produced from a microwave generator is fed to a distributor via a feeding line and fed to a radiation element via a variable phase shifter after being distributed in a plurality. A digital phase shifter 82 of a variable phase shifter 81 is driven with a driving circuit 83.
