Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare the titled paint curable at a low temperature, and giving a cured film having excellent heat resistance, water resistance, and catalytic activities, by dispersing a mixture of metal (oxide) powder, a silicone resin, and a colored metal oxide pigment in an aqueous solution of a specific monobasic phosphate.
CONSTITUTION: A paint obtained by dispersing (A) a mixture of (a) metal (oxide) powder having oxidative catalytic activity, such as ruthenium and (b) a mixture of a silicone oil dissolved in an organic solvent which is immiscible with water and colored metal oxide pigment such as titanium yellow, in (B) an aqueous solution of aluminum and/or an alkaline earth metal monobasic phosphate (e.g. monobasic aluminum phosphate).
USE: Coating of inner surface of an electronic oven.
