Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the antimagnetic force while holding the residual magnetic flux density at a fixed value by forming a magnetoplumbite type ferrite dielectric. CONSTITUTION:Formed is a magnetoplumbite type ferrite dielectric represented by formula I (where M1 is one, two or three coexisting metals selected from Ba, Sr and Ca; M2 is one or two coexisting metals selected from Mn, Zn, Mg, Co, Ni and Cu; and m is a value within a ragne of m=2Fe/(M1+2M2)=6.5-9.0. Thereby, the antimagnetic force can be lowered to 1,000-1,500Oe while the residual magnetic flux density is being maintained at a standard value within 1,000-1,300.
