Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the splitted photographing of one sheet of film through simple mechanism, by employing a cylinder which can be driven in plural steps as means for stopping the film plural times in the moving process in the exposure position of the electron beam. CONSTITUTION:A camera chamber body 1 is fixed through upper gasket 2 to a mirror of such as electron microscope, while maintained in high vacuum when tightly closing with freely openable/closable cover 4 through a gasket 3. The electron beam 5 is irradiated through a hole 6 in a viewing mask 28 onto a dry plate or film contained in a casset 9. An air cylinder 19 will fit a tangential rod 17 into a drive hole 16 of the casset 9 to move it. The drive shaft to be advanced and backed by the air cylinder 19 is stopped at plural difference positions.
