Then, F/F2 is set and the plunger 32 is operated with the output, and on the other hand, F/A1 is set via the delay circuit 61 and since the plunger 31 is operated with the output, REW operation is started. Thus, the device suitable for car mounting can be formed, by taking electric control as a center.
