Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform an accurate and rapid measurement, by providing the stand supporting exciting body and jet nozzle of exciting gas facing said stand each other in tightly closed reaction chamber having an exhaust system and detecting a photon generating by the reaction of the exciting gas with exciting body by the photomultiplier tube. CONSTITUTION:The measuring apparatus 1 of reaction utilized a chemical luminescence is constituted so as to discharge the gas in the reaction chamber 2 from the exhaust pipe 3. The chamber 2 is air-tightly constructed and is heated by the heater 8, 9 and the temperature of the chamber 2 is controlled. Moreover, said photon is passed through the bleeder circuit preamplifier 42 and the concentration of containing component such as O3 in the exciting gas is recorded by the photon counter, data treating apparatus and recording apparatus continuously.
