CONSTITUTION:A tracking gate shape storage circuit 14 stores the location designated with a cursor on the screen as the objective pickup area by the operator, as one bit information in the memory corresponding to the address on the screen in which it corresponds to the scanning line vertically and to the location horizontally in response to the address on the screen. A gate signal generating circuit 13 makes references to the content of the storage circuit 14 to produce the gate signal. A joy stick 15 is the man-machine interface in which the operator designates the shape in the memory circuit 14 while observing a TV monitor 3.
