Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The sampling of input is made at each sampling period to take the new data into the shift register keeping always only the data within a fixed time. Next, from the whole data of each shift register the running mean value is calculated for at every generating sampling pulse to detect the trend of the curve distribution of the input for said running mean value. That is to say that the new data are read out in a series from the shift register to detect the crossing point while reducing the running average value from the difference of the data from the running mean value and to count the frequency of detection. Said counting value is the frequency of going to and coming from the running mean value for enabling to detect the oscillation of the control quantity. Thereby the every moment changing input frequency can be measured and utilized for the feed forward control.
