Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to easily perform the stator winding work for the subject motor without increasing magnetic reluctance by a method wherein pole pieces facing to a rotor is attached to the place which will be in between annular stator winding on the outer circumference of an annular core. CONSTITUTION:An annularly-punched-out iron plate is laminated on an annular stator core 11 in the direction of the axis, is formed into halved semicircular cores and then butted into a ring shape. A pole piece 12, a flat section 12A facing to a rotor and the mounting section 11B to be attached to the outer circumferential surface 11S on the stator core 11 are formed into one unitary body making a T- shaped. An annular stator winding 13 formed outside the stator core is used because the stator core 11 is divided into two parts. Of the parts formed through said procedure, first the required number of the stator windings 13 are fixed on the stator core 11 and then the pole piece 12 is attached to the outer circumferential surface 11S of the stator core located between the stator windings 13. Then, the above is covered with resin layer 14 and fixed to a fixing member 4, and is faced to a rotor 5 on a rotating shaft 6.
