PURPOSE:To realize a mass production of the diaphragm having excellent characteristics, by forming a thin plate with a diaphragm material and through the powder melt-spraying method and then impregnating and hardening the synthetic resin onto both surfaces of the thin plate to increase the self-resonance suppressing effect of the diaphragm itself. CONSTITUTION:The powder material 6 of diaphragm of the metal, alloy, ceramics or mixture is supplied through the supply pipe 4 of the powder melt-sprayer 1 and then radiated at the front part by the compressed air supplied through the pipe 2. The flame 5 is produced at the side of the nozzle 1a by the air and the combustion gas supplied through the pipes 2 and 3 each.
