PURPOSE:To project a desired program without latency time by storing several kinds of currently sent programs in a memory together with contents and program codes and by displaying program contents on a television screen when a selection signal by a selection switch agrees with a program code. CONSTITUTION:With selection switch 11, FF16 is reset and its output Q' is held at the high level. Then when the next chip selection output (address) is outputted from write-read control circuit 7, counter 8C outputs [1]. Next, memory 81 is selected, its starting eight bits are read out and stored in latch memory 12, and comparator 13 compares them with the output of latch memory 14. Here, since the both agree with each other, the output of comparator 13 is at the high level. So that data will be read out of memory 81 by circuit 7 according to a scan on the television screen, the address is outputted, and the address selector varies the display section synchronizing with the television screen, thereby displaying characters on the screen.
