Abstract

PURPOSE: To solve the problem of difficulty in starting the device when wind is weak and to enable efficient thermal conversion of the voltage generated when wind is strong by a method wherein electric power obtained from aerogeneration can be applied in the state of alternating current to electroconductive solution from an electrode.
CONSTITUTION: In a heat-accumulating tank 1 wherein the electroconductive solution 2 is stored are inserted the electrodes 4 and 5 connected with a windmill through the intermediary of conductors 6 and 7. When the windmill is started and generated AC voltage is applied to the electrodes 4 and 5 through the conductors 6 and 7, electric current flows through the solution 2 with the conductivity corresponding to a temperature coefficient at that time. Since the voltage is of alternating current on the occasion, the consumption of chemical energy due to electrolysis is not caused almost at all and thus the device can be started smoothly even when the winf is weak, while the generated power can be transduced into heat efficiently.
