Abstract
PURPOSE: To apply fixed tension to winding up to winding end from winding start by turning a roll for the winding at low speed in the direction reverse to the winding direction of the winding by means of a multipolar permanent magnet and a multisplit type rotor.
CONSTITUTION: A roll 12 on which the winding 11 of a platinum wire, etc. is wound is fixed to a central shaft 13, and a multipolar permanent magnet 15 is fastened to an extending end of the central shaft 13 while a multisplit type rotor 16 covering the permanent magnet 15 is connected to a motor 17. The permanent magnet 15 has six poles AWF, polarity thereof differs alternately, and the rotor 16 twelve split sections aWl, and the permenent magnet 15 is turned by the revolution of the rotor 16, and rotates the roll 12 at the low speed of winding speed or less in the direction reverse to the winding direction of the winding 11. Thus, the slack of the winding is removed, and fixed tension can be applied to the winding continuously. The strength of the tension can easily be adjusted by altering the inserting depth G of the permanent magnet 15 into the rotor 16.
