Abstract

PURPOSE: To make lowering of the degree of vacuum difficult and make it possible to detect differentially displacement of a pressure receiving plate, by using the room in one side of the pressure receiving plate, which is provided in the body, as a vacuum room to apply auxiliary pressure to this room and by using the room in the other side as a pressure room to apply measured pressure to this room.
CONSTITUTION: Pressure receiving plate 15 is provided in the center of body 11. Outside bellows 17 and inside bellows 18 are fixed between plate 15 and end part 12. Vacuum room 16 surrounded with bellows 17 and 18, and plate 12, and plate 15 is constituted. Auxiliary pressure room 21 surrounded with vacuum room 16 is provided. Bellows 41 is fixed between the rigith of plate 15 and support ring 39. Detectors 22 and 23 are provided in both sides of plate 15 and are so adjusted that plate 15 may be placed in the middle of them. As a result, when measured pressure is applied to body 11, pressure applied for difference of areas of pressure receiving plate 15 in bellows 18 and 41 is detected differentially by detectors 22 and 33, so that absolute pressure can be detected.
