PURPOSE:To prevent generation of crosstalk by constituting an oscillating circuit of a recording circuit for a video tape recorder, which records SECAM system signals with a fixed oscillating circuit, detecting the phase inversion of an ID signal to make a low frequency conversion signal in-phase and eliminating the phase inversion of a carrier. CONSTITUTION:Comb line filter 24 which adds a chrominance signal generating a carrier signal of converter 22, which converts the frequency of the chrominance signal of an SECAM signal into low frequency, to its 2H delay signal is installed. On the basis of a horizontal synchronizing signal from synchronous separating circuit 26, ID flag circuit 28 outputs an ID signal sampling pulse and ID signal sampling gate 32 outputs an ID signal according to the output of filter 24.
