Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable centrifugal force of about ≥580,000g to be obtained by aligning the directions of fibers in the direction where maximum centrifugal force generates and aligning this to the fiber directions in the part of the outside diameter of the rotor where the stress in circumferential direction generates.
CONSTITUTION: To make this rotor, a rotor shaft 1 is fixed by means of a nut 6 to the central hole of a hig body 3, a core metal 4 is inserted into a bucket B, and is mounted to the body 3 by means of a nut 7, and a press plate 5 is screwed by means of a machine screw 8 whereby the bucket B is fixed. Next, the buckets B are fastened by means of predetermined connecting system, whereby the rotor body is formed. The fiber fixed to the upper part (a) of the winding part 9 of the rotor shaft 1 is wound on the bucket B1, is turned to the bucket B4 and is again turned to the bucket B1 from (b) to (c). After repetition of these (b)W(c) several times, the fiber from the bucket B4 then through (d) is changed of direction by the shaft 1 and heads toward the bucket B2 from (e). Next, it is wound on the buckets B2, B5 several times in order of (f)W(g), goes toward (i) from (h) and wounds the buckets B3, B6. Next, it returns to the set of the buckets B1, B4 and these are repeated. When the winding is finished, this is fixed, and the assembly is removed from the jig 3, and this ends the manufacture of the rotor.
