Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate replacement of a detection element and a change of electrode leading electric wire by pressure-attaching two pieces of electrode distributing plate equipped with only electrode leading wire for a detection element on a fixing plate with a detection element from the latter's both sides. CONSTITUTION:A radiant ray detection element 41 mounted on a mounting table 42 in monoblock form is fitted into and fixed in a hole 44 on a fixing plate 45. The numbers 46, 47 indicate electrode plates, each having electrode leading wires 462, 472 provided on insulation plates 461, 471 respectively. These electrode plates 46, 47 are pressure-attached from the both sides with the detection element 41 fixed on a fixing plate 45 from the latter's both sides. At the same time, the electrode leading wiring 462, 472 are pressure-fitted and fixed to electrode element leading electrodes 431, 432. This semiconductor radiant ray detector is provided with an electrode plate separate from a fixing plate for fixing a detection element for electrode leading wire. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture this detector on divided process lines.
