CONSTITUTION:When the side of a driving shaft 9 is driven by a primer mover and the side of a loaded shaft 10 is rotated in connection with a load, a torsion corresponding to the size of the load is caused in a torsion shaft 8. To the detecting wire wheels 5 and 6 of detecting ends 3 and 4 provided in the gears 1 and 2 in opposition to each other, high-frequency current given by a high-frequency exciting winding 7 is delivered with modulation. And, the outputs of the respective detecting wire wheels 3 and 4 are ooerated differentially and counting is made in a fixed cycle, whereby the relative displacement angle is found.
