Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent an injection molder from becoming complicated and secure a high producibility by a method wherein two shafts are provided coaxially and the first shaft is abutted against the movable mold of the injection molder to transfer the threaded form.
CONSTITUTION: The movable mold is proceeded together with the first main body 66 as it is being abutted against an abutting pin 74 while clutch linings 80, 82 adhered to the opposing surfaces of the first and second shafts 54, 56 are abutted upon the clamping of the mold. Accordingly, the rotating force of the second shaft 56 is transmitted to the first shaft 54 and the shafts 54, 56 are rotated integrally. Since the rotating direction of the second shaft 56 is coincided with the direction in which a nozzle cap 36 is separated from the movable mold, the nozzle cap is advanced to the right in the diagram through a central hole 53 by the rotation of the first shaft 54 and is retrivved automatically from the movable mold. By repeating such retrieving processes, the nozzle cap 36 is sent to the right in the diagram through the central hole 53 and is recovered into a recovering box automatically.
