Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the cooling efficiency without lowering the dielectric breakdown voltage of the electric appliance on account of the vaporization cooling by preparing the first-and-second heat exchangers to be operated by the pressure lower or higher than the maximum value of the charged pressure to operate normally the electric appliance. CONSTITUTION:Four systems of cooling pipes such as the supply main pipe 1 of noncondensing, gas, the supply main pipe 2 of the liquid phase condencing, gas, the supply main pipe 2 of the liquid phase condencing gas, the discharge main pipe 3 of the mixed gas of the gaseous phase condensing gas and the noncondensing gas and the liquid phase condensing gas are coupled with the tanks 15a and 15b accomodating the electric appliances 13a and 13b. Further the first heat exchanger 61 to be operated with the pressure lower than the maximum value of the charged pressure with which the appliances 13a and 13b are normally operated and the second heat exchanger 62 to be operated with the high pessure are provided. Further between the exchanger 62 and the drain tank 31 a separating tank 34 is prepared, an exchanger 61 is connected with the tank 31, the exchanger 61 and the tank 31 are coupled with the tanks 15a and 15b to automatically change the ratio of the noncondensing gas and the condensing refrigerant at the time of low temperature and high temperature into a required value for improving the cooling efficiency.
