Abstract
PURPOSE:To get rid of a multipath reflection based on the glass window of the solid image pickup element, by providing a photodetecting means for detecting a light beam of a white and black density pattern of the original through the glass window, and coating the glass window surface with a multilayer film or a single-layer film in order to prevent a reflection. CONSTITUTION:Both the surfaces of the glass window 7 are coated with the reflection preventive films 18, 18.
