Subsequently, a receiving signal (e) is made to branch by the branching circuit (w), and is made to branch to a transmission signal (g) to other station, and a branch signal (m) to the own station. The signal (m) is input to the monitor receiving circuit (x). The circuit (x) decodes a monitor signal and monitors other station. The control circuit (z) is provided in order to exactly control the time division of both the transmission cycle and the receiving cycle of the monitor equipment of the own station, by inputting/outputting both the control signal group (n) to the circuit (y), and the control signal group (r) to the circuit (x).
