Abstract

When the driving signal FI is normal, the driving signal is applied to the light emitting diode via the capacitor C to perform a switching action. While in case some fault occurs to the signal FI, the voltage applied to the light emitting diode via the capacitor C decreases as the capacitor C approximates to the completion of charge. Thus the PFET is cut off in a certain time.
